They say that every cloud has a Silver Lining in order to give you hope and expectation. I've heard it said that Every Silver Lining has a cloud, suggesting there is a black side to consider. I do not advocate being a Polly Anna, that is, unrealistically optimistic. But I do know that you are what you think about most of the time therefore looking for the silver Lining will be helpful because having positive hope is very good for you.
